LISTING A SLIP
How long does my listing stay posted on USABoatSlips.com? - Your listing will stay posted until you remove the ad. (Max of 12 months)
What forms of payment does USABoatSlips.com accept? -Visa, American Express, Mastercard, or Discover -Paypal -Check or Money Order
Do I need a Paypal account? -No! Having a Paypal Account is not necessary. You can use any major credit or debit card to complete your transaction.
What is the difference between a Standard, Featured, and Marina listing? -Standard Listing- detailed description, upload pictures, and map view, your listing stays posted for up to 1 year
-Featured Listing- everything the standard listing offers, highlighted in red and appears at the top of the search results for more exposure, listing is good for up to one year
-Marina Listing- for private and public marinas with multiple slips available, highlighted in blue, listing is good for up to one year
How much does it cost to post a boat slip? -Standard Listing - 15 dollars/credits -Featured Listing - 25 dollars/credits -Marina Listing - 50 dollars/credits
My slip was sold/leased. How do I get it off the website? People keep calling! - Log into your account and click "My Ads" then click delete. You may also e-mail us from the e-mail that originally listed the boat slip and we will manually remove the boat slip listing.

The View on Map feature is not accurately showing the location of my slip. - Unfortunately, Google Maps does not recognize every address. If your boat slip is in a newly constructed area it can take Google Maps a while to accurately show your slip's location. This is unfortunately beyond our control. Sometimes slighty changing the address and checking spelling can help. Another option is to use a near by street address that is recognized by google maps and to list the actual address in the description field.

What happens if I have forgotten my password? - On the login screen select forgot password. You will receive an e-mail with instructions to reset your password. If you experience any problems you may also send us an e-mail. We will respond within 6 hours.

- I am receiving a pop up that says: "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely"
To properly view the webpage click NO
To permanently eliminate this pop up please follow these steps 1). Select Tools at the top of the internet explorer webpage 2). Choose Internet Options and select the Security Tab 3). For Security Level choose Custom Level 4). Scroll down about half way to the Miscellaneous Section 5). Where it says "Display Mixed Content" select Enable
